A blonde ale, on the lighter side in both body and flavour, with medium to high carbonation, a sturdy lasting head and a balance between hops and malt. Lending the beer a simple, light, pale malt sweetness and a brandy taste.

Our signature beer. In appreciation of South Africa being a lager country. Fermented for 15 days with aromas of citrus, piney hops and medium-bodied and a clean finish of moderate hop bitterness. This beer will leave you longing for more on a hot summers day.

A Blonde Ale with moderate hoppy flavour and aroma. This particular brew is infused with flavour and fermented over 14 days with fresh mint and dried cherries. The hops balance the malt flavour and brings out the strawberry and mint flavour. Enjoyed both by avid beer lovers and novice drinkers.
